Some of Seattle’s Mid-Century Treasures
On the Way to the Emerald City
It has been a while since I’ve been to Seattle and was eager to get back. Took the bus up through Salt Lake City, through Idaho and Montana. Then turned west to Spokane then on to Seattle.
Saw lots of old mid twentieth century buildings along the way. A few of them are posted here. Many more that I saw, but could not get a picture in time.
Arrived in Seattle and stayed near Sea-Tac International Airport. I have come to know the control tower here as the “Cobra Head” since it sort of resembles a cobra. Great to be here!
